Functions
Parts counting function
Determine the number of objects within a container using a reference unit weight.
To use this function, first sampling needs to be performed in order for the scale to calculate unit weight, then the counting of the whole batch can be measured.
The scale offers serveral sampling modes:
Entering a known unit weight
Use numeric keys to input sample unit weight, from which the scale will calculate piece counting
Unit weight memory
Save up to 20 parts’ unit weight memories in the scale and use them to retrieve each parts’ unit weight, saving you the time to input every time each parts’ unit weight.
Sample Counting
Place a sample of parts on the weighing pan and input the quantity of parts, the scale will calculate automatically its unit weight (note: the larger the sample size, the more accurate the unit weight)
ACAI (Automatic Counting Accuracy Improvement)
An automatic and dynamic sample counting: It allows the user you to perform an initial sampling with a small reference weight. After initial sampling is done, the user can increase sampling reference weight by adding additional parts on the weighing pan, the scale will then automatically recalculate its unit weight without the need to input manually sample’s piece count.
Preset tare
Tare function is used to reset the balance display to zero. It allows you to tare the container, then proceed to measure only net weight. Available in two modes:
- Standard Tare:
- Preset Tare: Weigh a product with its container, then input a numerical value to substract from the weight. It is useful if the weight of the container is known and you want to weight both recipient and product altogether.
Checkweighing (Limits Function)
Acoustic and visual checkweighing indication. Set a target weighing range (high and low weight limits) to program the indicator to show when the weight is off or within limits.
Useful application for checkweighing, product sorting or product classification: A user can easily check the weight of several items: for instance discard when display is red, accept when display is green. It reduces the number of errors and alleviates the user’s effort when check weighing a large number of items.
Hold mode
Activate this function to visualize the weighing reading after removing the load. Very useful when weighing large objects that obstruct the vision of the display, allowing the user to read the weighing value after unloading the weight.
Available in four different modes:
- Peak hold: Visualize the maximum weight captured by the scale
- Hold after stable (manual): Visualize the last stable weight captured by the scale. After removing the load the scale will keep showing last stable weight, user must reset manually to 0 to continue weighing.
- Hold after stable (auto): Visualize the last stable weight captured by the scale, display is reset to 0 after removing the load automatically.
- Hold manual: It activates Hold Function after pressing a key, keeping the weight on the display from the moment the key was pressed.
Filter for liquids and animal weighing
Apply a weighing filter if you are weighing unstable loads but you need to visualize a stable weight reading. Weighing filters are able to show the average of the weight.
Suitable for animal weighing as well as weighing of liquids and other moving objects
Sum function
Allows the user to sum successive weighings and visualize the total sum of weights

PC Connections
USB Cable U.Key
The easiest plug-and-play solution to send data to any PC software. The cable works as a keyboard emulator, sending over to the PC the numeric value corresponding to the weight reading.
Bluetooth Connection
Send data to PC without cables in an easy manner, bluetooth connection is very easy to set up. The connection works as a keyboard emulator, sending over to the PC the numeric value corresponding to the weight reading.
Power supply
Power supply via cable
(220 V / 50 Hz (Euro) 11 V AC)
Rechargeable battery power
Includes a rechargeable 6V-5AH battery for mobile use,
with a service time of 25 – 60 hours (depending on use).
