Description

High-end ceramic sensor

Equipped with a ceramic load cell which delivers high precision, a fast response and superior accuracy.

Glass windshield chamber

Windshield chamber avoids air flow interference during weighing, ensuring highest isolation to achieve reliable weight results.

Sliding doors both on top and on both sides to give the user multiple accesses to the weighing area, adapting to different working setups.

Included for models with 0.001g resolution (FR-320 and FR-500)

Stainless steel pan

Weighing pan made of stainless steel, suitable to weigh wet products, ensuring ease of cleaning.

Pan dimensions: 115 mm in diameter for 320 g and 500 g capacity models.

Pan dimensions: 160 mm in diameter for 3.2 kg and 5 kg capacity models.

LCD backlit display

17 mm large digits for an easy reading from any angle

Programmable backlight duration

Functions

Checking function

Set two weight limits (upper and lower weight limit) to check if products’ weights are within your desired tolerance weight range.

Acoustic and visual signal to warn the user when the weight is off limits.

Suitable for applications where you need to systematically check if the weight of several batches or products is within a weight range.

Parts counting function

Determine the number of objects within a container using a reference unit weight.

To use this function, first sampling needs to be performed in order for the scale to calculate unit weight, then the counting of the whole batch can be measured.

If the main purpose of the scale is to use parts counting function, we recommend you to buy a piece-counter instead, such as RK model.

Percentage weighing function

Determine the weight of a batch as a percentage of a reference weight.

To use this function, first the measurement of the reference weight needs to be performed, then following measurements will be displayed as a percentage of the weight. For example, if one was to use a reference weight of 200 g, a following measurement of an objects of 100 g would be displayed as 50%.
