Description
Automatic internal calibration
This feature guarantees that the balance is correctly adjusted at all times, adjusting to its gravity area, as well as ambient thermal or pressure variations.
Note that models with external calibration feature should be instead manually calibrated with a reference weight.
Electromagnetic balance
State-of-the-art weighing technology that ensures highest precision. With electromagnetic technology, an electromagnetic force is applied to balance the beam, instead of using a weight like traditional technology. The electrical amount required for balancing the beam changes according to the weight of the sample that is placed. The amount of current when the beam is perfectly balanced is detected, and the mass is obtained from that detected value.
Ergonomic & practical design
- Low profile weighing area, 50 mm height, to facilitate the placement of objects and work with the elbows supported.
- Flexible display unit can be placed in any position, adjusting to your preferred way of working.
- Glass chamber with a top and two lateral sliding doors to access the weighing area from every side.
Glass windshield chamber
Windshield chamber avoids air flow interference during weighing, ensuring highest isolation to achieve reliable weight results.
Sliding doors both on top and on both sides to give the user multiple accesses to the weighing area, adapting to different working setups.
Weighing chamber dimensions: 205 x 215 x 245 mm
Easy-to-read LCD display
Large digits (20 mm) LCD screen, which allows for a good readability from a wide range of angles.
Functions
Parts counting function
Determine the number of objects within a container using a reference unit weight.
To use this function, first sampling needs to be performed in order for the scale to calculate unit weight, then the counting of the whole batch can be measured.
If the main purpose of the scale is to use parts counting function, we recommend you to buy a piece-counter instead, such as RK model.
Checking function
Set two weight limits (upper and lower weight limit) to check if products’ weights are within your desired tolerance weight range.
Acoustic and visual signal to warn the user when the weight is off limits.
Suitable for applications where you need to systematically check if the weight of several batches or products is within a weight range.
