• Product feeding: the products to be weighed are placed individually on the conveyor belt of the checkweigher.


• Weighing: Each product passes through the checkweigher’s load cell. This records the actual weight of the product and transmits the data to the control unit of the checkweigher.


• Weight control: The control unit compares the actual weight of the product with the predefined upper and lower weight limits (the so-called tolerances).
