During your checkout process in our online store, select the PayPal payment method to be redirected to your PayPal account and complete your payment there directly via the bank account of your choice. You will receive a separate invoice by email as soon as your order is on its way to you.
Credit Card
Select the credit card payment method during your online order (Visa or Mastercard). You will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction directly and in encrypted form. You will receive a detailed invoice for your records by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Invoice
We offer our business customers the option of paying by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the invoice. As soon as you have completed your order process, you will receive the bank details and the payment details by e-mail. You will receive your invoice with our payment details by e-mail as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If you have any questions, please contact us by phone or e-mail.
Please note that there is a maximum amount of €5,000 per order when purchasing on account. For orders exceeding this amount, a partial prepayment is required. To ensure that your payment is processed smoothly, we ask that you only transfer to the account specified in the e-mail and that you state the correct purpose of payment. This makes it easier for us to allocate the payments.
In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which the transfer was made. We always endeavor to make the payment process as simple and secure as possible for you and thank you for your trust in our company.
Prepayment
With us, you have the option of paying for your purchases conveniently in advance. To do this, simply select the pre-payment payment method during the checkout process. At the end of your order, you will receive an overview from us with the necessary bank transfer details. Please ensure that you only transfer the payment to the specified account and state the correct reason for payment so that we can allocate your payment correctly.
Once we have received your transfer, we will process and dispatch your order immediately. Please note that, depending on the bank, it may take one to three working days from the creation of the transfer order for us to receive your payment. As soon as the payment has been booked, your paid invoice will be sent to you by e-mail for further documentation.
In the event that you decide to return goods, the corresponding amount will be credited to the bank account from which you made the transfer. We always endeavor to guarantee you a smooth and secure payment process and thank you for your trust in our company.
