It is very important to us that your order arrives quickly and safely. At Weighing-Net, we have established clear processes for shipping our products to provide you with a smooth shopping experience.

Shipping partners and delivery methods

Delivery Partners UPS and Parcelforce

Small scales weighing up to 35kg are shipped by our reliable partners UPS and Parcelforce. If you have missed your delivery, you can collect it easily and free of charge from a parcel store near you.

 

For larger scales and pallet deliveries, we rely on the expertise of Palletforce and Europa Road to ensure safe and prompt delivery. Here it is important that you are on site to receive your goods on the delivery date. If you have missed your driver, please contact us to arrange a redelivery. The delivery company may charge a fee for this service.

 

Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer you to organise the transport yourself. 

Shipping confirmation

As soon as your goods leave our warehouse, we want to ensure that you always have an overview of the shipping status. That’s why we automatically send you a shipping confirmation by email with all important information about the shipment.

Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the shipping partner and your location. In most cases, you will receive your delivery between 4 and 8 working days after receipt of your order. If you have ordered calibrated scales or custom-made products, the lead time may be a few days longer.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping depends on the weight and size of the product and the destination. During the order process, you will be shown the exact shipping charges so that you have full transparency of the costs incurred.
