Warranty coverage at a glance

Our warranty extends for the first year from the date of delivery for all B2B-Customers and covers any manufacturing and material defects, provided they are not due to improper use or normal wear and tear. For our B2C Consumers the legal terms apply.

What the warranty does not cover

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the scale. This includes:

Physical damage

This includes damage caused by improper handling of the scale or display, cutting the cables or overloading the load cell(s).

Water damage

Damage caused by contact with liquids.

Electrical damage

This includes damage caused by improper use of power sources.

Temperature-related damage

Damage caused by working outside the specified temperature range.

Battery damage and wearing parts

Batteries and wearing parts such as rechargeable batteries are not covered by the warranty.
