What are my options if I ordered the wrong scale?

We understand that sometimes the right product is not found on the first try with online orders. We understand that sometimes ordering online can make it challenging to find the right product on the first try. If you have accidentally ordered the wrong scale, we offer a simple resolution to ensure that you ultimately receive the product that meets your needs.

If you have ordered the wrong scale, we ask you to still contact our customer service immediately. Together, we will discuss the situation and see if and how we can accommodate you.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible after receiving your order. You can reach us by email, phone, or through our contact form on the website. Please provide your order number and a brief description of the problem.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you, or a third party named by you, have taken possession of the scale from the delivery company. To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will then inform you of the next steps for returning the item.

Important Note on Returns

When returning the item, it is essential that the goods are carefully packaged, ideally in the original packaging or equivalent, to ensure it arrives in resellable condition. If the scale is returned damaged due to improper packaging, we regretfully have to charge a fee up to the total price of the item depending on the extend of the damage. We strongly recommend following our packaging instructions, which you can find here, to avoid such additional costs.
