Our ISOCAL calibration certificate for scales is the ideal accessory to ensure and attest to the precision and accuracy of your scale.

The ISOCAL calibration certificate is a document that confirms the calibration of your scale and contains a report on the calibration of the scale performed by the manufacturer. This certificate gives you the assurance that your scale meets the highest standards, provides reliable measurement results and you can safely pass the audit. The inspection report provides you with confirmation of the accuracy of your test equipment, as required by ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.

We offer ISOCAL calibration certificates for the following weight capacities:

Our calibration certificate meets the highest quality standards and is internationally recognised. It is issued by experienced professionals who have extensive expertise in the field of scale calibration.

This is an example of what the ISOCAL calibration certificate for your scale might look like.

Functions

  • Your scale will be subjected to the following tests:
    • Repeatability test:  The repeatability measurement is a procedure in which the same load is repeatedly applied to the load carrier. In this process, the conditions for handling the load and the scale are kept identical, while the measuring conditions remain constant.
    • Eccentricity test:The eccentricity test of a scale is a procedure to check the accuracy and reliability of a scale. This test checks whether the scale gives correct measurement results when the weight is not placed exactly in the centre of the scale. The eccentricity test is performed to ensure that the scale measures accurately even if the weight is asymmetrically distributed. This is important because not all objects to be weighed can be placed perfectly centred on the scale.
    • Loading and unloading test: The load and unload test of a scale refers to the process of loading and unloading a scale to check its functionality and accuracy. During the loading test, the scale is loaded with a known weight to verify that it displays the weight correctly. This can be done using a standardised weight or a weight unit that has already been calibrated. The scale should read the weight accurately so that you can be confident that the measured values are correct. Discharge testing is done by removing the weight from the scale and checking that it resets to zero. An accurate scale should read zero after the load is removed. This is important to ensure that the scale has no residual loads or errors that could affect the accuracy of future measurements.
